Our A/C unit stopped working and we contacted Abaco Air Experts. Al answered the telephone very politely and was very helpful and proceeded to diagnose the problem over the telephone by asking pointed questions in order to determine if my A/C was not working due to an electrical shortage. A determination was made that they needed to come to my house to check the unit. Abaco Air Experts Inc. sent their technician Anthony, and he was professional, respectful, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad part, a capacitor, and the unit started working and we had A/C. We were very delighted, as you can imagine. The price was market fair. Anthony suggested to add Freon, and they came back and added Freon and were just superb. Anthony explains everything clearly and takes pride in his work. So all in all a great experience, we are pleased to recommend Abaco Air Experts and will use them again. We are planning to order a new unit from them as a recommendation was made to replace our unit due to its age. A formal proposal was submitted for us to consider. Al and Anthony, thank you for your professionalism and service. Keep up the good work!!

My house is a winter wonderland again Apr 19, 2024

Abaco installed my AC unit almost a decade ago. About ten years later today, my AC started to blow warm air. I called Abaco, left a message, and they responded almost immediately and then came to my house within 30 mins. The technician (I really wish I wasn’t so horrible with remembering names) was awesome. Super friendly, efficient, and explained to me what the root cause could possibly be. Luckily, he had a new circuit board handy for the air handler. He replaced the circuit board, conducted some additional tests, and now my house is a winter wonderland again. Thanks, guys! Appreciate your response time and efficiency.

There is a plan now to repair water drainage coming out of the foundation. After this is corrected, this will no longer be a concern.
